Life does not have to be so dreary. There is a bright future for all diabetics. All you need to do is spend just twenty minutes each day performing light exercise and then a further ten minutes documenting your condition. By managing your diabetes in this way, you will become accustomed to a daily routine which will make you feel healthier, stronger and ready for the day ahead.
There is no doubt that initially, it is hard to get yourself into the mindset of a daily routine. Especially when, by its very nature, diabetes can really drag you down. But, by being consistent you will notice how quickly it becomes habit forming. Just like cleaning your teeth.
From there, it will not take long for lethargy to be replaced by bursting energy and motivation. And remember, despite what people say about what diabetics can and can't eat, you should be careful of, not what you eat but, how much you eat. Basically, diabetics can eat any food they wish to, it is simply about portion size. Diabetes is a cruel disease, but it's not that cruel. Eat what you want not what others expect you to.
